New Billing Process Explained

The diagram below illustrates our online billing process. All invoicing will be sent from Freshbooks, a 3rd party vendor. If you have any questions or problems please contact your Account Manager.

Recieve New Username and Password

Receive Login Information

Within 1-2 weeks of signing up with InSource, we will send you a systematic email that asks you to confirm/verify your email address. Once you confirm it, you will then setup a password to be used to access our Billing Site.

Visit Our Site and Login

Visit www.insourcees.com and login with your email address and password. Upon logging in, it will automatically direct you to your Editable Payroll Report. If you don’t know your password, simply click on the “forgot password” link to have it reset.

You will notice all of your client information is filled in for you. All we need you to do is enter in your Total Regular Gross Payroll, and Overtime Gross Payroll (if applicable) for each class code and your Total Premium Due will be automatically generated.

At the bottom of your Payroll Report you have the option to enter your Bank Account and Routing numbers. Note that the website itself will not process the payment. We will run your payment manually after we have reviewed your report and made sure everything is correct.

Submit

Submit Your Report

Once your report is submitted, you will receive an email outlining all the information you sent. We will then review that information and send you an official invoice within one business day.

Receive Invoice and Remit Payment

Once we have reviewed your report, we will be sending you an online invoice within 1 business day. Once you have that invoice you can mail in a check or if you opted to enter your bank account info on your report, we will withdraw payment on the 5th of the month.

Monthly Reports

Every month we will be sending you reminders to fill out your report. Once you have submitted the payroll, a 2nd page appears for you to upload your payroll report. This is the most secure way to send in your payroll. If you can’t get your payroll report uploaded, you will need to email it to your Account Manager. The payroll report must have the following information, at the very least:
Employee Name, Gross Payroll, Class Code, Check Date and (if a Staffing Company) Client Name.
